Reception and key delivery times:

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.
You will be greeted directly at the villa by the couple of caretakers who live there. They live in a small independent apartment and out of sight on the ground floor of Villa Jade. The spaces described above and all that is shown in photos are for private use and exclusive of the tenants. The guards don’t have access.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Pool heating: 200 €/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20€/person/stay

*** Pool heating possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we feel that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a 50€ surcharge for the professional’s unexpected trip. Please contact us for further information.

Rules of procedure:
- No parties / festive events
- Smoking is forbidden inside
- Prohibited for solar products and oils in the pool. Mandatory shower before swimming. The coating of the pool is sensitive, it stains in contact with these products. Any task that occurs during the stay will result in a detention on bail.
Cancellation conditions during the COVID period:
Any stay interrupted or shortened by the tenant will not justify any refund. However, and exceptionally, we propose adapted measures with the current health crisis, namely: a full guarantee of refund in case of an official ban (prefectural or governmental) to travel. In case of a ban occurring during the stay, only days not consumed would be refunded.
