“Reception was by two very enthusiastic, accommodating, and polite 2 young men. The view from the terrasse is stunning. The place offers a breakfast as part of the stay, unfortunately I had a late dinner in Sefrou, hence I was not hungry, and also ai was in hurry to take a long road to Chefchaouene, I declined. I imagine though that the breakfast must be delcious: they use fresh eggs, honey, and produce all from the farm hens, bees, and garden.”

“Super villa avec un accueil excellent (Abdou et le propriétaire tres gentils). Endroit très calme loin des bruits de la ville. Le seul très petit reproche serait pour le restaurant qui manque un peu de choix pour celui qui n'apprecie pas la cuisine arabe. Cependant il faut reconnaître que lorsqu'on y mange, c'est tres bon et très copieux. Autre point très positif, c'est que Abdou a ses connaissances parmi les petits taxis rouges de Fes et que si l'on veut se déplacer, il suffit de lui dire et il……

“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“I stayed at this beautiful riad with my mom and dad on our trip to Fes. The room were clean and very comfortable, hot shower, comfy beds, and overall great location in the heart of the Medina. Wonderful and friendly people - Karim and the Riad Joy staff were so welcoming and helped us make the most of our trip. Highly recommend for any travelers - authentic Moroccan decor and experience with modern comforts (elevator, only a few minutes to streets with plenty of taxis). Five stars experience!……

“perfect location for the sights of old town, watch out for scammers though. some people will tell you that a certain way to arrive is blocked off just to walk you around 10 min and ask for money when you were only 1-2 min away from the original spot you were at.”

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”

“The riad was beautiful. We arrived in the afternoon and was first led into a reception area next to the courtyard, which gives us a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard. We were then greeted with some mint tea and biscuits which were lovely. The staffs were all warm and friendly, and was very helpful with carrying our luggages upstairs. The room was spacious, warm and tastefully decorated. It had a very high ceiling which we enjoyed very much. The bathroom was big and quite nicely decorated……
