"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

"Pros: Buena ubicación para movernos por Santillana, Comillas, Cabezón, etc. Pueblo tranquilo, bien para niños sin mucho tráfico y con río. Casa mona de piedra y madera. Buena calefacción. Lorena, la dueña, se la ve que es muy buena gente asi como su hermana Sara y su madre Mari Paz. Tuvimos un trato muy bueno por parte de ellas. El entorno y los paisajes son preciosos. "The hotel is lovely, in a quaint, old stone home, beautiful flowers in the garden, quiet, and free on-site parking. However, the hotel suffers from mold. If you have a mold allergy, as we did, this is definitely not a place you should stay. Lots of storage space in the room, which was nice, and the beds were very comfortable.
