"Looks old from outside but inside looked remodeled and clean. Repainting exterior and a new hotel sign would make the impression of this property much better. Room was spacious compared to Tokyo city center hotels. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport and Narita station/ shopping mall. Relaxed In public bath/spa. Would stay at this property again."

"Excellent location right next to Keisei Narita station which is about 10 minutes train ride to Narita Airport, hotel has shuttle but unfortunately they do not provide any shuttle service between 12 noon and 5 PM but we took the Keisei train, very good Japanese/western breakfast buffet for ¥1600 which is about US$10, hotel has onsen/public bath on the second floor, easy to check in check out also offer free luggage storage if you stay there the night before:)"

"This location is very convenient, with the train station and several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle (available for a fee) is also a good option. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the cost and quality. However, the facilities are older and outdated. The hotel does not include basic amenities such as an exercise gym, but it is a good option for those who simply want clean rooms in a great location."
