「在hotel.com預訂並已付費，去現場確說找不到到。給服務人員看訂單，說看不懂中文，之後就說會處理然後愛理不理，還是我自己轉換好英文請他們再查一次，個人感覺對東方人極不有善！設施環境都不錯，餐也好，適合帶小朋友全家渡的，但我個人是絕不，會再去！！」

「Very nice place to stay for vacation if you like to be close to Sheraton street. The beach which you can go to is great. Also the pool on the rooftop. We felt very safe and welcome.」

「 Value 100%. Basic but clean, extremely friendly and accomodating. Lashings of hot water, I was not bothered by staff all the time, as happens in all inclusive hotels. Set breakfast but more than enough for me, included, omelette, tomato, cucumber, potato, cheese, jam, yoghurt egyptian bread and whte bread, tea, coffee and/or water. Very very close to beach, £1 entry but wonderful freshly cooked food available at low prices. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Marina and the same to Sheraton,...

「Had a 1 night stay . Flight arrived at 4am. Was greeted professionally and checked in. Room was clean and neat. Has a refrigerator, coffee and tea . Air-conditioning was perfect. Bathroom clean also. Would recommend.. fyi does not have a large lobby only about 3 chairs so not ideal for waiting . Staff was friendly, helped me with luggage and helped me get a taxi. Definitely would recommend. I did not use any other amenities I was only there for 1 night . 」

「The Plaza is on an unmade/dirt road just off the main shopping street so the 1st impression is not very good. Inside it is basic but has a lift and our room on the 4th floor was very nice. It is self catering and has everything you need including a microwave/washing machine. You look after yourself and put your rubbish in a bin by the lift which was emptied reguliary」

「Was so good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and shared areas were very clean. The hostel also hosts really fun event most days desert experiences, camel riding, ATVing, scuba diving, snorkelling, karaoke, and group dinners. Huge shout out to Mahmoud for really helping to enrich our experience here. 」
