“La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème.
