「Plage magnifique!! Un peu compliqué pour rester au bord de l’eau , les transats sont sous les palmiers assez éloignés sinon belles piscines et beaux jardins」

「Disappointing stay. Beautiful location but things like the cleaners taking towels and not replacing them, which happened every day, black mould in the pool of the swim up rooms and swim up bar, cats roaming around all bars and restaurants, even in kitchen areas and on furniture and not being able to book à la carte restaurants during the stay as they were allegedly fully booked but then appeared to have ample availability each evening made it a disappointing experience.」

「The rooms and beech were great. Impossible to get reservations at the restaurant so we ended up having buffet food all the time, which was very mediocre. Staff were not very helpful. Overall it was ok, would not say it’s worthy of 5 star hotel rating.」

「La struttura è molto bella e situata in un luogo strategico, con una spiaggia bellissima di sabbia bianca e acque verdi trasparenti. Il personale è molto disponibile e in caso di necessità l'intervento è immediato. Ottima la cucina e la qualità dei servizi offerti è molto alta. Vi sono diversi bar dove consumare bevande a qualunque ora. Colpisce in modo particolare la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni.」

「The hotel is not by the beach. The photos make it look like it is by the beach but really isn't. You have to walk about ten minutes to reach the praia. The breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and efficient. The overall service was okay. I arrived Sunday, asked for extra 2 clean pillowcases, and I had to ask about 4x before I actually got them. By the time they gave me pillowcases, it was already Tuesday afternoon. I asked for a wake up call on my last day and the...
