“Felt very safe me and my daughter dtayed there 4 noghts breakfast was ok sometimes felt some of the food went cold . Love the overall service room service was excellent as you you had a block outside they tell them u are out and they can clean the room, so no one knocks on the door.”

“apartments位置，就在地鐵站出口不到1min位置，來回各個主要之景點在我們來說，都方便萬分，包括由機場來往，或火車站，30mins-45mins一定可達，apartment內設施應有盡有，所有設備都很齊全，可做任何煮食，屋內亦已經備有wellcome drinks，the feeling so good 特別一提，staff十分熱心，有禮，因我們人數較多，每人各有一件大行李，在最後離開一天，staff已為我們準備好自己之車輛，說可以幫我們把行李車到火車站，非常感激幫了我們一個大忙！ 很高興可以入住到如此高質素的apartments， Thank you,Thank you ,Thank you!!”

“Room was spotless, well equipped kitchen, free coffee at the lobby entrance is awesome to have before heading out, staff was friendly and very helpful in sharing local places to visit.”

“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

“酒店在山下，去市中心大约3-4站地铁的距离。酒店的装修风格简约但设计感十足，我们非常喜欢。房间很大，我的大箱子摊开以后也完全不会影响到走路。早餐挺好吃。另外就是员工超级好！！！他们是真的愿意和客人交流附近的一些景点，并且自制了漂亮的地图。另外还有免费的瑜伽和健身课，简直是太棒了！！！我下次一定还会再来。强烈推荐这家酒店！！！”

“Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving. ”

“Room was very clean and tidy, absolutely spacious! Only complain was house keeping accidentally opened our room door on the first day but likely because we got check-in early n there was a misunderstanding.”

“The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. ”

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”

“This is an excellent location with excellent services! Have very good free breakfast 🍳, all our questions got answered by these very friendly staff at front desk! I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay ! ”
