「Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location and amenities. Using the Hyatt Inclusive app to request services or to resolve issues makes for an easy experience. Only negative was that the à la carte restaurants don’t take reservations.」

「We had an amazing stay at Cocos Hotel. The room is simple but comfortable and quite beautiful. Hotel amenities are simple, nice pool, there is coffee in the morning, restaurants for breakfast at a shorty walking distance. Great if you want to connect with nature.
