Jetty, tidal slipway and mooring (at boatowners responsibility, 6.1 meter boats only, please leave as you find it). No smoking. Please note: There are low walls, unguarded slipways and direct access to the water in the grounds, therefor this property is not suitable to children under 3 and young children must be supervised at all times. This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.. Once the site of Evans Boathouse and situated in the centre of town immediately behind the Normandy pontoon this house was totally rebuilt in boathouse style; the subject of awards for architectural design. The property has a private slipway, jetty and moorings and has stunning, waters edge, uninterrupted views of the main anchorage and East Portlemouth.

Due to the architectural design of the property there are low walls unguarded slipways within the grounds of the property, therefore children must be supervised at all times.This property is not recommended for very young children.
Flood gates - The owner asks that guests ensure that the flood gates situated by the slipway are closed and locked upon departure.
Boat Mooring - only holds a 4.50 meter -15 ft boat, no larger.
If guests have a boat please let us know when the booking is made. There is no discount for just 1 day mooring.
