“The house was amazing!! Attention to the finest details made the atmosphere perfect! Upon arrival the unit was clean and presented so well. We spent time checking out every detail, and let me tell you, it’s AMAZING! The welcome basket was lovely! They provide a book of places to check out, things to see, places to eat. There’s only a handful of stairs to get into the unit (I believe it was 6) with rails to hold onto. It’s all one level and easy to move around. Great place to stay if you……

“This is a gem. Loved the private garden and how new and clean everything was. Would absolutely recommend and love to stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

“Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair……

“Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times.”

“This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did……

“Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!”

“The apartment booked during the World Cup was ideal for myself and son with free driveway car parking and short walk to train station or bus with short journey into the city or 20 Uber arriving within minutes. The property was spotlessly clean, safe and we appreciated the very good communication and flexibility of getting access a few hours ahead of normal check-in time. It was a practical apartment but would question the listing description of “charming” and “enchanting ambiance” especially the……

“A great location in a cute neighborhood. Very comfortable. Very responsive host.”

“There is a steep stairway (about 20 outside steps) to the second floor apartment which is not mentioned in the property description. It was a a bit intimidating at night in the rain. I would not stay there again. It was a lot of work carrying our luggage up the stairs.”
