The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. “All aspects of the stay was good”

“The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving.”

“Nice place”

“Nicely maintained resort with value for money stay with family and kids. Need to pay more attention in B/F time by increasing the staff”

You can find better ones for the same price, we found this one useful for proximity reason, otherwise we would have moved the second……
