The woman staff are sweet but other then that the rooms are clean an the outside is always full of people doing drugs or selling an druggies walking the property like is jail should of never rented here would recommend spreading the little extra an going somewhere other then hawthorn

A no frills hotel but clean and quiet!

This is a no frills hotel but it was just perfect for a place to lay my weary head for the night. The room is spotless and very quiet. The area is very well lit, and there are double locks in the doors. I felt secure. There is No fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer, and no coffeemaker. So be prepared for that but the price is great for a trip on a budget. The room is quiet, secure and the bed was firm, the way I need it. The gal who checked me in was very cordial and answered all my questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

I arrived at the property at 4:50pm and was told I’d have to wait for “10 or so minutes” because there were no clean rooms but housekeeping was working on it. 29 minutes later, I finally got a room. Room is basic, no mini fridge, no microwave (was told I could use the one in the lobby - took my popcorn there and microwave interior was filthy). I asked about morning coffee (no pots in room) that’s supposed to be available in lobby - told they were out of coffee, needed to order it 😒. Room it’s is clean and bed is comfortable. Dings on the tub and stains in curtains but “ok”. Outside was hard to see in the dark but looks pretty shabby. Car parked next to mine has windows broken out and plastic taped over them. Neighborhood is mostly storage units. And near freeway. Freeway noise is a constant hum but not annoying Oh and I paid in full - taxes included - when I booked through Expedia. I was charged tax again when checking in. When I tried to talk to her about it, I could tell she was making up some excuse and told me to talk to Expedia about it. I’ll never stay here again

There were so many different cars on and off property during late night and one night, we heard a female screaming but was unsure where it was coming from. I feel like there were some people dealing drugs out of one of the rooms. Overall staff was really nice. Room was actually decent.
