“Had a wonderful time at the river house with family. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Looks newly remodeled with a very nice, well equipped and spacious kitchen and a very nice covered deck for congregating and enjoying the mountain and river view. The premises were spotless clean. Close to restaurants and outfitters for the river. Nat is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. ”

“Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great and well stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice! Loved the large outdoor deck with a huge wrap around couch. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck! Two nice areas to congregate with ample seating, one upstairs and one downstairs. The proximity to VT was very convenient, about a 10 minute drive. Very……

“The house is beautiful. With four bedrooms on the main floor, it was convenient for our physically challenged family members. The entertainment system was phenomenal, we loved the downstairs rec area, and the views from the back deck were amazing. We only had two issues during our five day stay. One was that the propane tanks were empty but the owner resolved that right away. The second was a rude neighbor who yelled at us when docking the boat saying we were going too fast. We weren’t creating……

“I cannot recommend this home enough. I spent a fantastic long weekend here escaping the city fireworks with my dog. We enjoyed the early morning walks and bird watching and relaxing by the river in the afternoon. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed. I was so sad to leave, and would love to return in the future. The George Washington National Forest is stunning, and this home is the perfect way to experience all of its beauty. ”

“The clubhouse was so cozy. Beautiful property. The hot tub was perfect. The hosts were amazing!!! They literally thought of everything! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.”

“Rose Cottage was perfect and a delightful place to stay with dogs. The house had everything we needed and was so organized and welcoming that we were quick to feel at home. Jessie was so kind when we met. The fire pit and axe throwing down by the creek was so refreshing and the dogs were wild about running about in the huge fenced in section of the yard. We also enjoyed the deck. We're eager to come back when visiting our family and hometown again soon. ”
