"No onsite parking, we had to pay and park at the church, no WIFI for two weeks.
The bed was broken , there was one small towel between two people. There were no curtains up at the second bedroom window.
Second bedroom was locked on arrival. Locksmith arrived and left a hole in the door.
Communication appeared to be via AI and kept apologising but doing nothing. Telephoning was no better. "

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "
