"I have stayed here before back in 2017 so decided to book a room here for me and my wife. Some bits were just as good as I remembered. It’s still a very luxurious hotel and the staff were all excellent however there were some bits which could be improved such as room cleaning being done automatically without having to request it and special requests being remembered. The hotel were very good when I complained about these issues. I hope the cleaning policy (apparently a remnant from Covid) changes soon in line with the industry standard as the pandemic was some time ago. "

"I reported faulty TV on two separate occasions but nothing was done about it. I also reported fact that sink in bathroom did not drain quickly. Hotel tired and in need of modernisation. Carpets were stained. Hotel room was very warm despite leaving window open all time. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good."

"Very happy overall. A little disappointed with the lift being out of action as this meant lugging our case up to the second floor. Friendly staff, clean and tidy."

"Bed was very comfy but the smaller details let them down. WiFi was patchy and not all TV channels were available. Towel rails were loose on the bathroom wall and room could have done with some TLC. "

"Great budget hotel close to the center of Manchester. Easy to get to and from the city center via tram, bus or walking. Great friendly staff. Room was nothing special but a place to sleep and quiet. Great shower pressure and temperature."

"The room was very modern and clean, with a good shower. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast menu had lots of choices and was included in the price! A quick 15 min walk from the station and 5 mins from the shopping centre."
