This is property is a scam. Please don't book here. Serious check-in failure – unsafe and misleading Booking: 15–18 Jan | Check-in: 15 Jan, 21:30 Despite completing all pre-check-in requirements (including submission of passport and facial ID), access to the property was impossible. The host provided invalid key-collection instructions, confirmed incorrect by the shopkeeper. The host was uncontactable for several hours, leaving my family, including children, stranded outside in freezing conditions at night. VRBO/Expedia customer support arranged emergency accommodation after prolonged delays. The host later admitted the key fob was unavailable and advised unsafe entry methods. The apartment’s digital lock was non-functional, confirming the property was not fit for check-in. This experience raises serious concerns regarding guest safety, misleading practices, and data protection. ⚠️ Strongly advise against booking this property
