“Very clean and comfortable ”

“Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week……

“Had a great time. The room was perfect. Scott was attentive and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Would definitely return. Only drawback was lack of a stove/oven but it did not affect us for such a short stay”

“My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.”

“5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property over the week of Thanksgiving. The house has million dollar ocean views and is perfectly situated for walks on the beach and around the heart of Plum Island. The huge sectional sofa in the house is super comfortable for relaxing after days out, and the house’s kitchen was well-equipped with pons, pans, and cooking tools for making a full Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon!”

“Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance.”

“We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be……

“The property was clean, well stocked with paper goods, soap, etc. and check in was simple. Having a full size refrigerator is a bonus. A/C worked great and the bed was comfy. The dedicated off street parking spot is a definite plus. The location at the north end of the Boardwalk is perfect, everything is walkable. The property was just the right size for the two of us but would be workable for 4 people. We plan to be back.”

“There is a pigeon nesting over the light on the porch. Thus the porch and railing has to be cleaned every morning. Also, the TV access is too conplicated.”
