L’hôtel mérite de grande rénovation. L’odeur est terrible dans les chambres. Par faute de place dans d’autres hôtels nous avons dû coucher à cet hôtel et pour vrai, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

The staff were very polite. We were happy to know we had breakfast but when we went to get it, it was just cereal and toast. The milk was sitting out so we didn’t eat. The rooms were clean.

We arrived wet and tired and just wanted to get to our room. I previously called and said it would be a late check in. It wasn’t that late, 7:30 pm on a Saturday. We were given our room and opened the door but before we take a step inside we are stopped by staff and told the room is being used by someone else (it didn’t look like it). I specifically picked a king sized bed. We were “upgraded” to a room with two “queen” beds but they were full beds and we had to squish into the bed if we wanted to sleep in the same one. My husband uses a CPAP and none of the plugs by the bed worked so we had to string the cord to a plug further away. The place had a kitchenette that was filthy and the bathroom had brown water, cracked tile and dirty grout. The “breakfast” was a joke. I went at 8:15 am and there were 2 plain bagels, and three kinds of dry cereal; a gallon container of OJ and one of Milk. The jelly and cream cheese were in large containers that everyone would stick their knife in. Dining area was also dirty. Overall a low quality experience.
