"We arrived at 11pm and I wondered through the first and second floor lobbies and couldn’t find any staff. I ended up calling the hotel and then someone came out and was very friendly. They also only gave us 3 towels and there were 4 people in the room. Other than those two small things the hotel was fantastic! Would recommend without hesitation."

"The room with the kitchenette was great, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the room was near the elevator & a girl’s hockey tournament was on the same floor as us, they were loud waiting for the elevator. The pool area in the morning needed cleaning, garbage on the floor and floating pieces of foam in the pool & hot tub. ,"

"Overall the hotel is a bit older looking but generally clean. Many rooms have adjoining doors for family stays however if your neighbours are loud it can be noisy. The gym is a bit outdated and the floor is often wet as guests towel off indoors from the hot tub. Finally our bed was caving inward from age/use and should have been replaced. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and there is a ski lockup room with free locks available. "
