“The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.”

“This property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to be a perfect rental. We had plenty for room for all 13 people to sleep comfortably, share the bathrooms, and gather in the living space. It was a bonus to enjoy the pond and the woods. It was an easy distance to travel to Penn State for graduation. Our hostess anticipated our needs and we lacked for nothing and everything was easy to find and clearly labeled.”

“Location to the Pine Creek Run Trail was 20 mins away. Only draw back was that our room a/c struggled to keep the room cool. We didn’t make it a big deal since it was a one night stay. ”
