「The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance.

「Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...

「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms.
