“We loved our stay at the West Coast Surf Inn. It is an old school motel in the best way. Clean, comfortable, and no nonsense. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the room was well kept, and the shower had great water pressure. They even had great local coffee in the room with the coffee maker, which was a really nice touch. Bonus points for actual Charmin toilet paper, which says more about a place than people realize. It is affordable, honest, and clearly a family-run place by folks who actually……

“Room and bathroom were great, loads of space and a great view of the beach from the balcony.
Staff all polite and friendly and the valet parking works like a dream. Breakfast was quality and plentiful. Would prefer a proper bean to cup machine for coffee rather than gas station filter coffee, but apart from that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“This was an awesome hotel. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious it has a small kitchen with large fridge. The balcony overlooks the beach and is directly across from the pier. The only downside is the trains but considering how close the tracks are it still isn't very loud it didn't keep us awake or disturb our sleep. We would definitely stay again ”

“We visit Laguna at least 3 times a year, and have never stayed at Laguna Surf Lodge so we weren’t sure what to expect. But we had the most amazing experience, the services was 5 star and so was the room. The views absolutely took our breath away. We had dinner reservations at the Montage but decided to cancel and enjoy the balcony of our room instead. The hotel also was in a great area, not too far from the downtown shops and restaurants. ”
