"I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing. I definitely plan to return. My only minor issue was that housekeeping inquired about our checkout progress with 40 minutes left. We were already packing and preparing to leave, but it did make us feel a little rushed at the end."

"This Condo is wonderful.The location is amazing, across the street from Strands Beach. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach but we used that as our daily workout!The layout is very functional with 2 patios off the bedrooms and also accessible from the kitchen and main room. It was recently renovated and it is beautifully done, with attention to many details. (overhead fans that work amazing, self closing cabinets, lights that dim, etc.) The kitchen has new appliances and all the pots/pans/cooking utensils you need. The bathrooms are beautifully done.The condo has a washer dryer and closet organizers in each bedroom.The only thing we would change is 2 single beds in the second bedroom vs a queen and bunk beds, but that is just our preference since we only had adult children visiting during our stay.We stayed for the entire summer July, Aug, Sept and hope to come back next year for at least part of the summer.Todd is very accommodating/ good communication and even provided house cleaning twice during our stay"

"Bob really kept in touch in the nicest way - and not too much!Great, clean house. We were there for a family wedding and had friends over one night for hors d’oeuvres. There was plenty of room and the house got lots of compliments. Hot tub a nice treat!"

"What a wonderful stay we had in Dana Pt. and a big part of that was our VRBO. It was the first time we've ever used VRBO and it was a positive experience. The pictures and description of the property are 100% accurate and the host was very accommodating and answered all our questions (though we didn't have many) and the arrival/departure process was seamless. It really felt like our home away from home for three days. The place was clean, organized and had everything we needed in the kitchen/bedroom/living room/bathroom. Our favorite spot on the property had to be the balcony. Nothing better than sipping on a cup coffee out on the lanai as we planned our day. Another thing that was striking was how quiet and charming the neighborhood was as well as how close to grocery store, restaurants/bars and the Lantern District. All within walking distance and only a 5-minute car ride to Strands Beach Parking. Such a pleasant stay that we both agreed we'd be back and when we do, we will likely stay here again."
