“Good with caveats. This property is as-described which is why I gave it 5 stars. However, it is important that any potential renter understand that you are in the bottom floor of an actively lived in house in a subdivision neighborhood. You will hear the owners moving about upstairs. Also note that the hot tub is not secluded at all from the owners view from the house and is basically directly in view line with the main rear windows of the back of the house and the back deck. “This place was cute! It was private, and a sweet setup. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in town to visit relatives. Loved that it was a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, to easily pick up breakfast and snacks.”
