“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but we were disappointed with the shower, which needs updating. The grounds are lovely, and it is a good location for a short drive into TW. Our biggest disappointment was with the breakfast. Some of the cooked items were overdone, and the food was slow to arrive and not hot by the time it reached us. We also felt that the breakfast staff could have been more attentive.”

“We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again.
