「The apartment was located in a quiet suburb. It was very spacious and modern but cozy. It was kept very clean. A breakfast was supplied every day. It consisted of cold cuts, jams, cheese, orange juice and fresh buns. It was more than enough for the two of us. 」

「This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit.」

「When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. 」

「Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Badezimmer, bequemes Bett mit tollem Blick aus dem achten Stock und abwechslungsreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet …. alles hat gepasst. Einziger Minuspunkt: Zugang mit Karte zum Zimmer funktionierte schon eine Viertelstunde vor dem check out nicht mehr und man musste dafür extra an Rezeption vorstellig werden. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso. 」
