「Excellent customer service by manager Kamal at front desk, amazing hotel」

「It was good overall」

「I enjoyed staying at the Mount Amara, but there were a few difficulties – the hotel is very quiet because it is about 300 m away from the main road, and overlooks an open field. It was good being away from the hustle and Brussel. The main problem was that I had booked a room which had two double beds, because I was travelling with a young friend. When I got there there was only one bed in the room. I race this with the front desk, but as my friend was not arriving until the next day, I...

「Only a very short stay, but staff helpful, room was clean and well maintained.」

「スタッフの対応、食事、お部屋、スパ、全てにおいて、クオリティの高いHOTELでした。友達にもお勧めしたいと思いました。」

「Great breakfast, friendly staff」

「You get what you pay for and this hotel could be a 3-star but because of no staff in charge of presentation of the property, it hovers between 1 & 2 star level. 「Very old and crumbling property. Roaches everywhere. Bathrooms are very dirty」

「It looks Grand from the outside but has cheesy furniture, no way to charge ines electronics, so so food, smileless front desk staff. No Bueno. Never again.」

「バスルームから部屋に出るところのマットが不潔 毛布にカバーがない 街中ではあるが、インド特有の雑然とした地区なので、自力ではホテルにたどり着けない。 」

「Yes 」

「Let me count the ways this property was horrible. First, it is roach infested. Second, the key didn’t work. The staff took five minutes to open the room for me. Third, no water or toilet paper in the room. Fourth, only one sheet over the mattress. There was a dirty blanket in the closet, but no sheet to separate the blanket from our bodies. Fifth, the elevator was turned off and the door locked so that I almost didn’t catch my early morning train. I finally found a way out through the...
