“Our daughter booked us this hotel room for our 50th anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a concept room and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail was gorgeous. The hotel staff was so helpful prior to our arrival with assisting with transfer arrangements and our entire stay with anything we needed or any questions we had. We also had the breakfast which was brought to our room daily and was delicious. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend. What a romantic……

Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well. ”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again.”
