Valentina is lovely!! She made sure our stay was truly wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so kind and friendly. My husband and I actually said it spoiled us for the rest of our trip because no host or hotel has compared to her loveliness. From setting up super easy airport pick up, restaurant recommendation, answered all my random questions via WhatsApp throughout my time there! We checked in off hours and she gave us explicit instructions which made it super simple. Very secure building too. She set up our Venice passes that you need when visiting the city. The room was lovely, everything you need is there. They did have laundry available but it was the beginning of our trip so we didn’t utilize it. They let us store our luggage after checkout in a secure room. They also clearly laid out cost of transportation options which was very helpful. Coffee in the room along with dishes and a small fridge. All you really need. Would highly recommend!

Residenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quiet area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!
