“Todo mundo que vê o anúncio do hotéis.com 10/10, excelente, não deve ter ficado no quarto 116, sujo, com as peças do frigo bar na gaveta da cômoda(veja fotos em anexo) que quem instalou não guardou o que sobrou, gaveta suja e cheia de pó, banheiro com papel higiênico começado, o qual precisei pedir para ser trocado, sem a caixa forte que consta no anúncio, e com uma quantidade de aranhas que vc não conseguia dormir de medo de ser picado(veja fotos abaixo), internet péssima, café da manhã pago e……

“What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.”

“we were in a small cabin with a small desk (no chairs), two single beds and a bunker bed, and a bathroom with shower. it is clean. the camp is close to a major highway, thus a bit noisy. there is a small supermarket and a restaurant with reasonable prices. it is a nice place if you want to save money. we had a bad experience on the day we left the city. it was raining in the morning when we were leaving the camp. we asked the hotel staff to call a taxi for us to Mestre train station which……

“Floor not vacuumed, many black marks on the wall, the soundproofing of the room is very poor. But the location is good which is near the train station. ”
