「Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.」

「The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. 「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

No review, however, can fail to mention the now-legendary George, whose family has owned this place for decades and who offers wonderful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and other not-to-be-missed sites. 「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「There was plenty for people with young children, the beach was ok but there were a lot of stones. There was a choice of 3 restaurants we preferred restaurant 3. The biggest down fall of this hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evening for adults without children, they have plenty of area’s where they could hold evening entertainment for adults. There for I don’t thing I would return to this hotel. The manager that was very welcoming was the restaurant manager in K3」
