"I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, as it had a luxurious feel from the moment we arrived. As soon as you enter, you can immediately sense the elegance and high standards. The front desk staff were professional, well-trained, and spoke English, Uzbek, and Russian, which is very helpful for international travelers.
A special thank you to Shuxrat, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly drove us to the Eternal City in the golf cart and was always friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate his outstanding service.
The breakfast offered an excellent variety of options, including a fresh salad bar, an omelet station, desserts, and many other choices. The club lounge was also enjoyable, although I think it could benefit from a slightly wider selection of snacks.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bedding was excellent, and the luxury Hermès toiletries were a nice touch. The pool area was also clean and featured both an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi, along with a steam room and a dry sauna.
Despite a few minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return to this hotel in the future. I would also like to sincerely thank Dilek Yilmaz, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to resolve any issues we encountered and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay."
