"Getting out of the shower is quite an expérience "

"We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues."

"The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for everything that we wanted to do in Berlin. "

"Extremely convenient location right next to the main train station. It also has lockers that you can use to leave luggage if needed. They even had extra large sizes which was great! I left my large suitcase there and took a small carry on size one with me on the train to Warsaw. I came back 3 days later and picked up my other bag! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good."

"L'hotel etais parfait, une sele perssonne a la reception quand je suis arriveé n'etas pas tres serviable, mais les autres oui, donc je ne peux pas donner un avis negativ pour tous car les autres jours le personel etas tres serviable. Per total j'ai passé 5 nuits tres bien."
