“The staff are wonderful but that’s the highlight. The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay. Breakfast was very average but the dinner was great but after four nights it would have been good to have a daily special that was separate from the menu. Location good for attractions but not so good for restaurant options.”
