“Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well……

We had the ground floor room and it was beautiful, so no stairs to climb and it did not look like an accessible room. We were greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Anna. “We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either.……

“Situated in a quiet corner of Chania but close to everything the old town and harbour have to offer, La Maison Ottomane is an old renovated building with three unique rooms. All beautifully furnished with antique pieces in keeping with the building and decoration. But the really stand out thing is Andreas the owner and Alexandra the housekeeper. They take a personal interest in every guest and make sure you have everything you could possibly need. Andreas has so many good restaurant……
