Seemed like you had to wait ages for the lift every time you needed it and you were not allowed to use the stairs even if going from ground floor to mezzanine (reception). "Initially, we planned on staying for one night to rest up before our flight, but 3 flight changes later, ended up extending for a total of 6 days. This is the best hotel to get "stuck" in with pets. The staff was very accommodating, our room was clean, with soft, comfortable beds, and so quiet. I haven't heard a sound from any neighboring rooms and while street noises don't bother me, I barely heard anything. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant and the food was very delicious. It's in a great location and close to BTS. I've never had a bad experience in any ibis hotels, especially while traveling with our cats, but this one is now at the top of my list whenever I am back in Bangkok."
