「The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain and convenient pickup and drop-off for Grab rides. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel itself also offers a good variety of restaurants.
The room was comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, my phone camera couldn't quite capture how stunning the scenery really was. It's definitely worth experiencing in person!」

This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about hygiene, health, and safety. Although the lobby staff later arranged compensation and changed our room, this should never happen in a five-star luxury hotel.
