“I loved this hotel it was in beautiful surroundings The rooms were lovely unusual shame great amenities everything you could want to give you a lovely stay the tv had some English channels internet was good It was on a hill but they had buggies to take you wherever you wanted to go on the resort I felt like I was in the middle of the jungle with all the animal and bird noise My balcony was really big I had a bit of a fall while I was there the staff were very caring and helpful it is about a……

“Excellent stay and would return. Staff were so helpful providing tips and suggestions to make our stay better. Pool was beautiful; on site restaurant food was great as well as pool-side service. The view out to the ocean from the restaurant was magical. The Pandora Cafe, 7-11, and ATMs across the street were so good and convenient. Rooms were spacious and really appreciated the availability of filtered water.”

“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……

“Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. Gym is actually above standard. Staff is grabbed of the street, tells you lies and wastes your time… Overall, this place leaves you with a bad taste wishing you opted for something else..”

“My day was pleasant enough. The property is right on the beach, which is a good thing. Unless you book a deluxe room, you were unable to use the pool. The property is old and dated, but the level of maintenance is reasonable. When you leave the property to go for a walk, you must take your key with you.
