The Hosteria is located far away from the beach.We have to walk like quarter of mile to get it.

Worst travel experience ever! Not only the Islanders are rude, and provide the worst customer service ever, this property has some of the worst cleaning issues in any property I’ve stayed at. They completely ignored any claims but also denied them openly when reported to Orbitz. It was “normal” to them. Stay away from this island, and specially this property.

The place is far from the airport in the south part of the island accessible by buses that run every hour, and by walking on a dirt road, no Uber, just taxi, l was locked in, in the evening until the morning l couldn’t exit, Luis (seems like he is the owner and manager) kept mocking me making it seem non-offensive, no restaurants nearby, l ended up eating a mediocre breakfast, lunch and dinners were ok, Adriana was very nice, Luis was kind as well, but l didn’t appreciate the fact that l felt claustrophobic and he mocked me with that. After l was licked in, he transferred me to another room with a hammock at the lower level, room 19 was on the second floor at the end, l banged on the glass but no one heard me, in the morning l called Expedia, they assisted me, without being able to reach them, l eventually got in touch via WhatsApp, Luis came by, and slid the glass door, and began to laugh.

A pousada é ótima, muito linda, com um contato especial com a natureza, vale a pena conhecer. Os quartos são simples, mas atendem as necessidades. Não há água quente, então verifique se deseja esse conforto em sua estadia. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos. Vale dizer que a localização da pousada é bem distante do centro e a locomoção tornasse difícil, especialmente após às 20h quando não há mais ônibus na ilha, a região tem pouca ou quase nenhuma circulação de taxi. Também não existe uber em SAI, então se deseja sair a noite deve-se pensar sobre ou considerar o aluguel de motos. Apenas dois lugares entregam janta na pousada, porém o local fornece o serviço de almoco e janta desde que confirmado com antecedência. No geral gostamos muito, mas vale considerar esses pontos na sua busca

Lugar agradável e cercado de Natureza.

nossa estadia foi bastante agradável, no geral. Apenas achamos o estabelecimento, bastante afastado das principais atrações de San Andrés. Isso nos causou, alguns incomodos. Deixamos de aproveitar, a vida noturna devido ao isolamento do local. Mas, para quem estiver, ao procura de afastamento e tranquilidade, lá será perfeito.

Estancia inolvidable

Experiencia maravillosa! Ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Múltiples servicios como piscina, alquiler de motos y carros, wifi en áreas comunes y opción de desayunos - almuerzo - cena. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos diversos problemas externos que de forma desinteresada César y su familia nos ayudaron a resolver. Muchas gracias! Estaremos por siempre agradecidas!

En tiempos de pandemia nadie usaba tapabocas, ni exigía su uso a los huéspedes, incluso ni siquiera las personas que sirven comidas hacen uso de este. La habitación olía horrible, no le funcionaba el TV, el agua de la ducha y del lavamanos era salada. A demás era una habitación propensa a la entrada de animales pequeños como lagartijas y culebras. El hotel queda muy alejado de todo y la carretera se encuentra destapada por lo que no hay opción de hacerse en dicho lugar.

Recomendado

5 días excelentes con mi esposa e hija. Esta retirado del centro pero no tuvimos problemas ya que alquilamos un carrito de golf para los 5 días. También me encontre personas que no tenían vehículo alquilado pero salian todos los días a las 9 am y regresaban a las 6pm con Don Cesar (Propietario del hotel) ya que presta el servicio gratis de salir todos los días las 9am y regresarlos a las 6pm. Nosotros reservamos con desayuno y cena incluida (Deliciosas las comidas). Todo el personal muy formal. En general todo fue muy bueno. Recomendado para conocer y repetir.

The owner is amazing in this property. My son left my iphone X in the back of a cab and they tried to help me get it back. I was extremely lucky because we had agreed that the cab would pick us up for the airport so my phone was in the cab when we met up again. It is a good example of the honesty and hospitality of the people in the island. While the property is far from town it feels like an oasis. My only complaint is the shower doesn't have warm water but everything else was great.

Pésimo Hostal mar y sol, demasiado lejos de todo, lugar muy solo en medio del monte, camas demasiado duras y lo peor de todo es que no hay seguridad. A mi me robaron mi billetera con dinero y todos mis documentos de la habitación y los dueños no dieron ninguna solución siendo que solicitamos pilas para la caja fuerte varias veces. No recomendable para nada.

Relación costo calidad

El hotel es super recomendable. Es cómodo, limpio, buena atención, comida excelente y unos jardines hermosos. Sólo ir preparado mentalmente que está alejado y trasladarse es algo complicado al principio. Nos costó adaptarnos... los huéspedes son super mal educados y podes llegar a pasarla mal... Pero depende de uno cambiar el chip. El agua fría de la ducha es otro temita... cada uno sabrá si le pesa... costaba... No era grave pero

Best place on the island.

Great customer service, dinner is always a delight. The daily shuttle service to the north side of thw island is a huge plus. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and far from the city. Cesar is always helpful as well as all the staff.

No recomiendo el hotel Personalmente la experiencia que tuvimos nosotros no fue la mejor. el hotel queda muy retirado del centro aproximadamente a 25 min en carro sólo ahí una playa cerca que está como a 10 minutos caminando. El día que llegamos nos recibió Diana que es como la administradora del hotel y su atención fue descortes no nos informó nunca sobre los planes turísticos ni los horarios en el que sale la ruta del hotel al centro. En una ocasión nos dejaron sin almuerzo llegando a las 3 y 30 de la tarde y cuando preguntamos si nos podían colaborar la respuesta de Diana fue darnos la espalda y la auxiliar de cocina dijo que ella no sabía servir íbamos con un niño de 5 años y ni así les importó. En otra ocasión dejamos una toalla y una camisa del niño cerca de la piscina mientras comíamos algo en el mismo hotel y está se desapareció nadie dio repuesta alguna. Las comidas son las mismas todos los días o pollo pescado o lomo,los desayunos no se pueden escoger porque es lo que ellos sirvan, el agua de la piscina y en los baños es salada. La experiencia fue muy mala. San andres tiene una calidad de gente increíble pero nuestra experiencia con el hotel deja mucho que desear.

Bleak Desolation in San Andres

If your desire is to visit San Andres Island and be far away from everything remotely interesting the island has to offer, this is the perfect place to stay. But then the WiFi, which might have relieved the tedium a little, did not work. The taps and showers spout non-potable salt water. You can of course purchase grotesquely over-priced bottled water from the mini bar in your room. I hated this place and could not escape from it fast enough. The owner did seem like a nice enough guy.

Tive uma pessima recepção. Houve problema de encanamento e fiquei sem agua no quarto.Não havia equipe de manutenção na noite que cheguei somente no dia seguinte. Solicitei troca de quarto não fui atendido. Moscas no refeitorio
