「It was a quiet beautiful place in the wilderness but beds and rooms could be bigger, service was as amazing, if you want a quiet place to rest and secluded it’s best place, I wished there was chairs on the top so you can relax the view on the top of the building. 」

「The property is beautiful and the staff is really nice. The road to get there is unpaved and many trucks are on the road. I would love to return but because of our experience on the road I wouldn't return. 」

「Amazing resort in El Salvador, better than pictures in person. Super friendly staff, great support from Rosa coordinating airport shuttles. Will definitely be back, thanks for a great 4 day stay.」

「the hotel is in a great location, new and modern with a great roof terrace,bar. It can be a bit noisy due to the location in the evening but as the place is amazing you forget it :-) 」

「No complaints, staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. Room was amazing and views spectacular. Will come back if we ever visit Lago Coatepeque again! 」

「The area is a little hard to get to, and they are currently fixing and adding other buildings so there are a lot of building supplies around. The staff were amazing tho, and the room we were in was nice. I don’t mind the dirt roads so to me it was good.」

「Absolutly fabulous location. Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff were super helpful. The only downfall was our room was directly on the street so the vehicle noise kept us up more than we'd hoped. 」
