“We have stayed at a million California coast homes, and I have never had such a considerate, responsive, and hospitable host. Abi is awesome. The home itself is cozy, very clean, and comfortable. It is not drafty like so many beach homes. Space heaters and extra clean blankets. Great bedding, very comfortable. The spa was fabulous. The primary bedrooms are on the lower floor, connected by a spiral staircase to the upper floor. A person who has mobility issues (or a very tall person) might have a……

“This home was perfect for us. The location, the comfort, everything. We felt at home the minute we stepped in. The patio and yard were perfect for my 1 year old grandson. Close to the beach, close to Marianne’s close to Santa Cruz, it was everything we hoped it would be.”

“We had a great time staying on the ranch. The cottage was the perfect size for our family and our son loved exploring the ranch and seeing all the animals. The host was very responsive and able to get us everything we needed. We didn't realize we were staying on a wine trail so that was an added bonus of being able to explore wineries in the area. It was a great central location for us to explore Pinnacles National Park and also go into Monterey. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we appreciate the host being an owner of the property and not using a middle management agency to do the bookings. The host was nice and communicative over text. They had us stay at the geodesic dome instead of this listing due to some repairs. The dome was a nice set up and stay, but it was a little bare bones and not the most convenient - there were only two sets of towels, an old/used kitchen sponge, no dish soap, a bag of trash left in front of the main……
