The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We spent a relaxing week in a flat that is unparalleled in terms of tranquillity and panorama. The only thing you hear is the wildlife with its own soundscape depending on the time of day. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace in the mornings and evenings with a fantastic view, and before that we refreshed ourselves in the still pleasant pool water. Despite the seclusion, it takes only 10 minutes to get to Torrita de Siena, where there are a sufficient number of specialist shops and……

“Wir können allen bisher geschriebenen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Wir (2 Ehepaare/2 Wochen/ Ü 50)) kamen selten so entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück. Wer fernab vom Trubel zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft schön, sowohl die Gebäude wie auch der Park mit dem tollen langen Pool. Einrichtungstechnisch fehlte es an nichts und im Nachbardorf bekommt man alles was man so braucht. Herr Kuckuck, der deutsche Vermieter, ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit und gibt……

“Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie.”

“This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. We stayed for several days and didn't even leave the town of Montepulciano as there was so much to explore. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we were all sad to leave.”

The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. “A melhor acomodação que ficamos na Toscana. Fica na cidade histórica, rodeada de lojas, restaurantes maravilhosos, igrejas e construções históricas. Me fez sentir parte da história de Montepulciano. Acomodação muito charmosa, serviço fantástico fora do comum e café da manhã e amenidades maravilhosas. Muito espaçoso e aconchegante. Tínhamos um piano em nossa sala. Bebidas, licores, castanhas e comidinhas disponíveis sem custo durante todo o tempo. A Elena é muito atenciosa em todo o atendimento.……
