“The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend……

“Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.”

“Erin und Luca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist einfach umwerfend und absolut ruhig. Das kleine Städchen ist allerding weit ab vom Schuss. Wir empfehlen schon vorab in einem Supermarkt einzukaufen. Aber das ist kein Mangel. Ist halt ländlich.”

“Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig.”

Cucina perfettamente accessoriata, camera molto spaziosa (in cui stavano comodamente un lettino è una carrozzina, oltre all’arredo già presente) e sala da bagno con jacuzzi. Fulvia è stata un ospite perfetto, che ci ha consigliato diversi posti da visitare e ottimi ristoranti.”
