“We especially like the customer service of the front desk, Marta. They offered us coffee and tea when we arrived as we waited for our rooms to be ready and they checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready. This was appreciated as we were exhausted after our long journey to get there. We loved the quietness the property provided and the lovely courtyard. We were disappointed that the bar was closed but sat just outside the hotel at the restaurant for a glass of wine.”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。”

“This property was perfect. Made to order hot breakfast with gluten free options. Super friendly staff. Our room was nice and big. View of a canal and hotel is right on the Grand canal. Our room didn’t face the grand canal so it was still decently quiet. Only bummer was as per regulations the air conditioning is turned off on October 9th and so our room was quite hot. Otherwise a great hotel! Highly recommended. Oh and the staff was amazing!!!”

“I LOVED this property. The rooms are in a building that has a historical feel to it. I was super impressed with how clean and quiet my room was. Dealing with jet lag, this was the only room i could sleep with no issues, and I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip. If you're in doubt, just book it, you won't regret it.”
