Beautiful quiet hotel with an amazing view of the canals. The room was clean and spacious compared to other italy hotels. We were so sad that we only booked 1 night. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Good location in Venice. Not far from everything, yet on quiet street. Our room had canal view which was nice.

This place is ideal in Venice easy to walk around very safe owner and everyone at the hotel is wonderful. Breakfasts are phenomenal. Water taxi back home came right to the canal at the rear of the dining area.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a very quiet area of Venice but a 5-10 minute walk of the busier areas. We definitely want to return!

Very comfortable, great breakfast and snacks, amazing quiet location. We were worried that a trip to Venice would mean fighting off crowds, but this place was a sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood, yet walked to everything.

This is a really nice B&B alll renovated but old world charm.. on the canal with a sitting area on a dock/deck ..5 to 8 minute walk to 2 ferry bus stops ..breakfast was great.. would definitely recommend
