Del Mar D is a remodeled 1-bedroom on Avenida Del Mar with a small private deck, bar seating and a peek-a-boo ocean view for people-watching over the village. It has a king bedroom, a queen sofa bed and your own dedicated washer/dryer, steps from cafés, shops and the free San Clemente Trolley.



Inside, the condo offers a relaxed beachy atmosphere with all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, large smart TVs, music speakers throughout, a queen sofa bed in the living room, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, and your own dedicated washer/dryer in a locked laundry room in the building entryway. A mini-split AC in the common area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is left open.
