“Loved the hotel other than the musty carpet smell from being so old. It is downtown, so plan to be awake till 3 am at least due to the noise. Sketchy homeless people everywhere that poop 💩 in the middle of sidewalk, but city is good to clean streets often and look really nice. Location is perfect! Garage is close, but has several entrances so if you park in wrong place you get charged over rated price. Parking fees are insane. I love Tennessee.”

“The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. In the immediate surrounding area outside the front doors there are a lot of homeless back in forth and no joke one was literally swinging an axe at a light pole. I'm……

“在聖地牙哥的這家飯店叫Courtyard 是Marriot經營的飯店。 第一，B1停車場入口很窄，出口更恐怖，技術不好千萬不要停進來。 第二，冷氣吵得不得了。 第三，如果不要求他們不會來打掃，即便要求來打掃，卻也沒有補礦泉水、沒有補香皂、還也少了一塊墊腳的毛巾。 第四，淋浴間裡面的落水孔被頭髮塞滿了，要我自己用手清理之前住客的毛髮。 第五，我住1206 ，窗戶外面就是高速公路的匝道，很吵。 第六，床架比床墊寬很多，一個晚上腳要撞到床架好幾次。 第七，沒有行李架，行李只能擺在地下，很不方便。跟櫃檯要，櫃檯直接說沒有行李架。 第八，訂房時說明是有免費停車，但check in以後才知道，只有第一天免費，其他每天都要付幾十塊。”

“Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.”

“員工非常友善，但是飯店Wi-Fi的登入方式讓人很容易誤觸付費區。距離機場不遠，周邊交通都方便，但是夜間常聽到飛機起降，若不介意機場噪音的話，這裡是很棒的飯店。”
