Near the center of the gated El Dorado Ranch Community, you'll find this beautiful two-bedroom luxury vacation rental. Complete with a gourmet kitchen, expansive living areas, and private outdoor entertainment areas overlooking the golf course, this sprawling San Felipe home is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation.

To get to this home, you'll drive down a few quiet suburban streets, and by rows of luxury homes and swaying palm trees. The community pool is directly across the street from the home, so you have easy access to the resort style pool during your stay!  And the bigger La Palapa Pool is also close by.  There is plenty of room in the driveway to park your vehicles or park in the two car attached garage. You'll immediately be impressed by the bold architecture and large windows that welcome you home. You will walk through a small iron gate, under a dramatic archway, and enter the home through the rear door. 
 
Right away, you will enter the main living room. This bright and open space has soaring ceilings, beautifully tiled floors, neutral color tones, and a modern wrap-around sofa in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV, which has Netfilx..  The TV sits above a modern fireplace, and a built-in wet bar creates a convenient place to make and share cocktails with the family. A plush area rug adds color and personality to the room, and large windows allow for natural light to fill up the space. The windows look out over the private balcony. This living room is the perfect place to host a family game night, or turn on your favorite music and host game night, And lets not forgott aobut WiFi in the home becasuse we all know how important it is to stay connected.
 
The open-concept layout of this home is perfect for travelers who like to entertain. The main living room transitions effortlessly into the formal dining area. Here you'll find a long, wood plank dining room table and seating for six. Sit together as a family and enjoy a family-style meal, or set out snacks and appetizers to enjoy throughout the day. There is a single door that leads from the formal dining room out to the patio area, and the dining room is set right off of the impressive chef's kitchen.

The recently updated kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and every kitchen gadget you need to cook meals just like you do at home. Open the cabinets, and you'll find dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. There are wine glasses, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, a gourmet knife set, and other kitchen basics. A center island gives the chef of the family plenty of room to chop, slice, dice, and prepare food, while the large industrial size sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a family meal. Bistro-style seating at the center island creates a comfortable and convenient snack bar in the middle of the kitchen.
 
This home has two private bedrooms, both of which are tucked off of the main living areas for ultimate privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, high-end linens, plush carpeting, and warm color tones. The bright and colorful comforter on top of the bed adds color and personality to the room. A large window allows for plenty of natural light, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV makes it easy for guests to enjoy their favorite shows without ever leaving their bed. The master bedroom has private access out to the patio, making it easy for early birds to sneak out to the patio with coffee in the morning for a quiet and peaceful way to start the day.  This bedroom has a private master bathroom, complete with deep soaking tub, walk-in shower with glass doors, and elegant vanity area with his and hers sinks.
 
The second bedroom also has a King bed, covered in bright and colorful comforter and plush pillows. This kid-friendly space features plush carpeting, additional seating, spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV on top of a vintage-inspired wooden dresser. This bedroom is just steps away from the family bathroom, which features a walk-in shower with glass doors and built-in shower bench, and a vanity area with chrome finishes.
 
This home is set up to accomodare four guests, but if you bring air mattresses you can accommodate a maximum of six guests
When you're not spending the day at the golf course, at the beach, or exploring the shops and restaurants in downtown San Felipe, chances are you'll be relaxing on your private patio overlooking El Dorado Ranch. This private outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying dinner outside and offers unobstructed views of the golf course. Whether you enjoy the sun or want to take a cat nap in the shade, your private balcony provides cozy nooks and alcoves that offer both.
 
When you stay in this gorgeous home, you have access to all of the community amenities, just like the locals. Spend the day in one of the multiple El Dorado Ranch community pools, play a round of golf, or work up a sweat on the tennis courts. From this sprawling vacation rental, you're just minutes from local restaurants, popular fishing points, locally-owned boutiques, and the beach. This gated community is a combination of travelers and friendly locals and is the perfect place to spend your next San Felipe vacation.

This two-bedroom unit in El Dorado Ranch Mexico gated community faces the golf course and has an outdoor patio accessable from the living area.  Take a short walk along the 18-hole golf course and you be down on the beach on shores of the Gulf of California.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area

- This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
