El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Renal Condo #43-4

Located in the prestigious El Dorado Ranch San Felipe resort community, this stylishly furnished vacation rental with in-house Internet WiFi can be yours to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family.  You are just a very short walk to the beach when you vacation in this condo.

The first floor features a beautifully decorated living room with contemporary furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and half-island. Also on the first floor is one of the three bedrooms. This first-floor bedroom has a queen bed plus private bathroom.  Kitchen comes with pots, pans, silverware, etc., and is chef ready.

Make your way up the eclectic spiral stairs to the second floor and here you will find a second bedroom and the master bedroom.  The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed plus private bathroom. This bathroom has a sink plus shower tub combo. The master bedroom is the most grandiose of all the bedrooms. Starting with its size it is the biggest, has a king size bed and has a balcony overlooking the 18-hole golf course plus beach views.  The master bathroom will not disappoint you either. There is a  his-and-her sink, shower with crystal like glass door and a tub. A walk in closet is also part of the master bedroom features that allows you to store your clothes without being crumpled.

A three-car attached garage is available to securely park vehicles and other belongings. Note that this home is in a gated community and is very secure.
 
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Making a reservation is  easy and can be done online 24x7.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Exception made for race teams during major races like Baja 250.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
